Student Success
Every Student Deserves to Succeed
Dr. Shah believes that every student — regardless of background, income, or circumstance — deserves the chance to succeed. No one gets left behind, and no one stops being supported once they've started.
- Remove barriers to enrollment, counseling, and academic support services
- Invest in tutoring, mentoring, and student success programs for struggling students
- Continue and expand support for students already on the path to graduation or transfer
- Strengthen pathways to four-year universities, career certificates, and workforce training
- Ensure every student has access to the resources they need to complete their education

Dr. Shah believes that educating our children, young adults, returning adults, and lifelong learners is the single greatest investment we can make. A well-educated population is equipped to be gainfully employed in a globally and technically competitive economy — and is the foundation of civic pride and democracy.
